Pipes licks in the area

Water licks is a serious problem.

There is a shortage of water almost the whole South Africa. But there is some place where the pipes licks for 3months. Municipalities don't do a thing about it! It embarrassing course other people are in big crisis with this water thing. People please let save water and report any lick no matter how small it is.
